of the federal Burlington Conservative Association
will be held on Saturday March 5, 2022 at 1 pm
Our EDA Constitution allows for Virtual Annual General Meetings.
Rules and procedures differ from an in-person Annual General Meeting.
- Only paid members of the Conservative Party of Canada as of February 12th, 2022 are eligible to participate. **per 5.2**
- You must REGISTER no later than 1 pm Saturday February 26th, 2022 **per 11.8.1**
- Participation in voting to elect the incoming Board of Directors for a 1 year term, is subject to a minimum membership period of 21 days prior to the AGM, as of Saturday February 12th, 2022.

All Burlington Riding Members with email addresses were sent an AGM Notice by email.

If you REGISTERED and PARTICIPATED you will receive an email with your BALLOT and the optional Nominee Statements. You will have 24 hours to vote.
When you click on the ‘Click here to VOTE‘ button you will see an attachment that you can open to see the Nominee Names & Statements.
The VOTE results will be emailed to all PARTICIPANTS later tomorrow.
