Annual General Meeting for the Burlington Conservative Association
Our 2024 BCA AGM was postponed due to our CANDIDATE NOMINATION. It has now been rescheduled for Saturday January 11, 2025.
THIS AGM IS OPEN TO RIDING MEMBERS ONLY. Members will receive an Official Notice.

Date: Saturday January 11, 2025
Location: Holiday Inn Burlington, 3063 South Service Road
Times:
11:30 am: Registration opens
12 Noon: A ‘sandwich bar luncheon’ will be served. RSVP required by NOON Monday, January 6th as numbers are needed!
1:00 pm: Meeting (If you plan on attending the Meeting only, please register by 12:45 pm)
NOTE:
- All paid members of the Burlington Conservative Association are eligible to attend.*
- Participation in voting to elect the incoming Board of Directors for a 1-year term, is subject to a minimum membership period of 21 days prior to January 11, 2025.
- To be eligible to stand for election, or to vote at the AGM, you must be an active member as of Saturday, December 21, 2024.
- To vote, you must also reside in the Burlington Conservative Association Riding.
- For accrediting purposes, when registering, please provide 1 piece of original ID with name, photo & address, issued by a Canadian federal or provincial government agency or 2 pieces of original ID – 1 with name & photo and 1 with your name & address. Note: Your CPC Membership Card does not count as ID.
*Paid members of our association are Conservative Party Members who live in our Burlington Riding. Riding Map
