A Celebration of Life for Muriel Kempling, wife of our esteemed former Progressive Conservative MP, Bill Kempling
will be held at the DODSWORTH & BROWN FUNERAL HOME – BURLINGTON CHAPEL (2241 New Street at Drury Lane – 905-637-5233)
on Monday April 24 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.,
with words of remembrance at 11 a.m.
Muriel and Bill were a great political team during Bill’s 21 years as MP.
Mike Wallace has been asked by Muriel’s family to speak at 11:00 am.
KEMPLING, Muriel Adele (nee Mustard) Peacefully at Cama Woodlands on January 3, 2017 with family by her side. Reunited with her late husband Bill, son Angus and brother George Mustard. Beloved mother of Bruce (Linda) and Jane Ferguson (Craig). Proud grandmother and great-grandmother to Darry Monteith (Tyrone), Laura Munro (Geoff), Angie, William, Amelia, Nora, and Frances. Remembered with love by her sister Barbara White, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Muriel loved the time she spent helping her late husband Bill with his political career, as Progressive Conservative MP for Burlington and Halton Wentworth, (Dundas). She was a doting mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and a good friend to all. Cremation has taken place.
