Announcement Regarding Constitutional and Policy Proposals

Dear Burlington Conservative Association Members,

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jim Dimanis — Policy Chair for the Conservative Riding Association of Burlington.

With our new leader Erin O’Toole, we have a lot to look forward to. Now more than ever, Canadians need a common sense Conservative government led by Erin O’Toole. Now, you will have a chance to help shape the Party’s path in time for the next election.

With the announcement of the upcoming Conservative National Convention from March 18 to 20, 2021, Burlington’s Conservative membership now has the opportunity to submit constitutional and policy proposals.

Members may submit one proposal or amendment, being a maximum 50 words in length, and being formatted appropriately. Click on these links to review the Conservative Party’s  CONSTITUTION and POLICY DECLARATION.

Here is an example on how a submission ought to be formatted:

The submission period will be open from December 26, 2020 to January 10, 2021.

Once all the submissions have been received, the Policy Committee will review all of the amendments and proposals.

Please let me know if you have any questions. You can reach me at: jim.dimanis@gmail.com
