the Returning Officer shall transmit, by way of email, to all nominees; the selected delegates, alternates (according to rank of votes received in descending order – from most votes to least votes) and automatic delegates selected

Burlington Riding Delegate Selection VOTING emails have been sent out today – Feb 12th.

The voting deadline is Feb 15 2021 9:00pm Eastern Time (US & Canada).

Delegate & Member Voting Registration with ID has now closed!
As the Burlington Riding had several apply to be Delegates we will now be having a vote in mid February. We are allowed to send up to 9 delegates including 1 youth.
Our BCA President is an automatic delegate.
Delegates were offered an opportunity to send a bio in.
Delegates and riding members wishing to vote were given the opportunity to upload their ID.
If you were part of this process and have registered to vote – watch your email closely – the Party/Convention Team will be sending emails with our vote dates and details. The vote will be an electronic ballot vote, and the ‘Delegate Selection Meeting’ will be overseen by our Regional Organizer.

Note: the Delegate/Alternate Early Bird fee & Youth Early Bird fees are offered up to Jan 15th only.
All Convention fees are tax receiptable. Actual cost to you after 2021 tax credit is displayed when you click on the Register button.
The Member Observer Early Bird fee extends to Jan 29th!
Please note, you must be a delegate to participate in debate and voting – observer status meanwhile allows you to observe the convention.
If you plan to be a delegate for the 2021 Convention, the deadline for delegate applications is January 15th, 2021 at 8pm ET.
