of the federal Burlington Conservative Association

will be held on Saturday December 5, 2020 at 1 pm

Our 2020 AGM will be a Virtual Annual General Meeting due to Covid-19 restrictions.

The Conservative Party of Canada has updated our EDA Constitution to allow for Virtual Annual General Meetings.

PLEASE NOTE: Rules and procedures differ from our usual Annual General Meeting.

• Only paid members of the Conservative Party of Canada as of November 14th, 2020 are eligible to participate. **per 5.2**
• You must REGISTER online or by phone no later than 1 pm Saturday November 28th, 2020 **per 11.8.1**
• Participation in voting to elect the incoming Board of Directors for a 1 year term, is subject to a minimum membership period of 21 days prior to December 5th, 2020.
• To vote, you must also reside in the Burlington Riding.

Note: You will need to participate in the December 5th Virtual AGM in order to vote for the Director Nominees, if there needs to be an election.
