Members of the Conservative Party will elect their next leader on May 27, 2017.
Our Leadership Election Organizing Committee has been working hard to set the rules and dates for the leadership process, and will continue to do so in the coming weeks. We believe the date selected will provide an exciting and competitive race for our members and all Canadians, while ensuring an open and fair contest for all potential candidates.
The choice that our Conservative members will make on May 27, 2017, will be an important one not only for our Party, but for the future of Canada. With a date set, the process for replacing the Liberals with a Conservative government begins now.
